- Fill in the application form with complete details of the candidate. Once the details are registered, no changes will be entertained.
- Send the duly filled application form to the school office along with relevant documents and a demand draft of INR 1500 in favor of The Jain International School payable at Bangarpet to:

Eligibility
Fundamentals
Students are eligible to get enrolled for TJIS – Fundamentals if their age qualifies the below range

| Advance Fundamental (UKG) | 5 Years |
Grade I to Grade VIII
For Grade I to Grade VIII, students can apply if they have completed their previous grade positively from a certified school. The students are eligible for admission only if their age qualifies the given range, has a proper marks sheet along with a Transfer certificate/ School Leaving Certificate counter signed by the respective authority.
If the documents are not submitted at the time of joining, it is to be submitted within 30 days of joining failing which the students is liable for withdrawal.

Grade IX
Students are eligible to enrol for Grade IX if they have completed their previous grade positively from a certified school. The students are eligible for admission only if their age qualifies the given range (The student should have studied three languages in their previous school and have a proper marks sheet along with a Transfer certificate/ School Leaving Certificate counter signed by the respective authority. If the documents are not submitted at the time of joining, it is to be submitted within 30 days of joining failing which the students are liable for the cancellation of the same.

Documents Required
If the candidate is shortlisted, a stipulated date will be allotted by the school on which the parents are advised to come and complete the admission procedure.
The following documents are to be submitted in order to successfully complete the admission procedure with due confirmation.
- 1. Original Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation / Civic Authorities.
- 2. A copy of the latest progress report certified by the school in which the student last studied (if applicable).
- 3. 5 Individual passport size & 2 Stamp Size colour photographs of the student with name and DOB Printed.
- 4. 5 Individual passport size & 2 Stamp Size colour photographs of parents and Guardian to be enclosed.
- 5. Transfer Certificate.
- 6. Migration Certificate.
- 7. Study Certificate by the school in which the student last studied (if applicable).
- 8. Wellness record duly signed by the physician.
- 9. A Copy of Aadhar Card (Father, Mother & Child).
- 10. A Copy of Caste & Income Certificate.
- 11. Student Achievement Tracking System Number from the Previous School (if applicable).
- 12. Personal Education Number from the Previous School (if applicable)
